Sofía’s sound healing has been really helpful for me. She is always very kind and compassionate, and very thoughtful and intuitive about the needs and comfort of her clients. She also has a beautiful voice and a lot of skill working with her instruments, so I always feel very soothed or mesmerized by her music. While other sound healers sometimes startle me with sudden or loud noises, she creates a lot of safety and comfort with her use of sound. This really helps ease the process and allows me to go deeper into the experience. 

Most importantly though, I’ve found her sound healing to be very effective. I suffer from fibromyalgia and sometimes get really painful flare ups where my whole body aches for days on end. The last really bad flare up I had was lasting for almost a week with no signs of diminishing. I was feeling exhausted and anxious from the experience, so I stopped by Sofía’s for a sound healing, thinking it might help calm me. It was beautiful and peaceful, as always, and left me feeling very calm. But as I got up to leave, expecting the pain in my body to ache with the movement, I noticed that my flare up had completely ended. But more than that, I was not only free from the painful flare up, for the rest of the day I didn’t even have the normal amount of tenderness that I usually have related to my fibromyalgia. I was shocked at the dramatic healing! I felt totally healthy and able to move. The next day, my normal level of fibromyalgia pain slowly returned, but it was a rare and beautiful break from the lifelong aching, ended the flare up - and I haven’t had a flare up that bad since. It’s been almost a year now. Thank you Sofía!
